Two ways to start, and both end in the same console.

Ready to rack. We supply a GPU server with Vanik Edge OS already installed and configured. Your IT team racks it and registers it with the console. That is the only hardware step.

On your own GPU servers. Already have a GPU fleet? Install Vanik Edge OS on the servers you own and register them yourself. We provide the installer, guides and support.

For your IT team: register servers from the console or each server’s local setup page. Several servers can be managed as one fleet.

Sign in with your company login and invite colleagues. Give each person a role: Owners and Admins run the device, App users simply use the apps they have been given.

For your IT team: SSO and 2FA, role-based access checked on every request. See the security page.

Pick an app and click Install. The console shows which device has room, then sets up everything the app needs behind the scenes — its database, its model and a health check. Most apps are ready in about a minute, and you get an email if one does not start.

For your IT team: each app reserves GPU memory on the device you choose. Dependencies are checked and provisioned automatically.

Create a collection in the Knowledge hub and choose which app searches it. Drop files in, pull them from the systems your team already uses, or ask us to build a custom connector for your own systems. Files are copied onto the device and prepared for search there. Nothing is sent back out.

People open their apps from one home screen and start asking questions of their own documents. They only see the apps they have been given, so there is nothing to learn beyond the app itself.
