EDGE OS1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Vanik Edge website, including the contact form and any demo or pilot we arrange through it. By using the website, you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that organisation.
2. Using the website
You may browse the website and share its pages for your own business purposes. You agree not to:
- Try to break into, disrupt or overload the website or our systems
- Copy the website or its content in bulk, or scrape it with automated tools
- Send us false information or pretend to be someone else
- Use the website for anything unlawful
3. Product information
We describe our devices, applications and delivery times as accurately as we can, but details may change. Nothing on the website is a binding offer. When you buy a Vanik Edge device or licence, a separate written agreement between your organisation and Vanik Edge governs the purchase, and it takes precedence over these terms.
4. Demos and pilots
Demos use sample documents. Please do not send us confidential documents before a pilot agreement is in place. Pilots run on your own device or on a device we lend you, under terms we agree with you in writing.
5. Intellectual property
The website, its text, design, logos, screenshots and product names belong to Vanik Edge or its licensors. You may not use our logos or product names without our written permission, except to refer to us accurately.
